Construction

Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel

Every structural component is hot-dip galvanized to ISO 1461. No paint that chips, no rust that creeps. Our 9.3-metre A-frame towers and carrier units are built to survive salt air, UV, and years of heavy use.

FAQ

Common Questions

The price covers the complete two-tower system: two 9.3m A-frame towers with anchoring, drive unit with 9kW Siemens motor, deflection unit, electrical control cabinet (Siemens S7-1200 PLC + Sinamics V20), 500m Bridon-Bekaert wire rope, carrier unit (70kg), HMI touchscreen, and full documentation. The price is EXW Varna, Bulgaria.
A typical two-tower installation takes 2-3 days with a small crew. The system is designed for quick assembly with bolted connections. We provide detailed installation manuals and can offer on-site supervision if needed.
The standard system spans up to 240m between towers. You need a water body at least 250m long and about 30m wide for comfortable riding. The cable can be configured for shorter distances as well. Minimum water depth depends on features but typically 1.5m is sufficient.
Yes. We have installed systems across Europe, and as far as New Zealand. The price is EXW (Ex Works) from our facility in Varna, Bulgaria. We can arrange shipping quotes and logistics to any destination worldwide.
The system requires a standard 3-phase 400V industrial power supply. The 9kW Siemens motor draws modest current, and the Sinamics frequency inverter provides soft start capabilities. We can advise on generator specifications for off-grid locations.
Thanks to hot-dip galvanized steel construction and SKF sealed bearings, maintenance is minimal. Regular checks include wire rope tension and wear, bearing lubrication schedule (annually), and standard electrical inspections. The galvanized finish eliminates the need for repainting that plagues competitors.
